Our vineyards reflect a seamless balance of tradition and innovation.

recent history
Our commitment
Starting January 2024, Tenute Polini is driven by a new generation’s enthusiasm and fresh perspective. Francesca and Simone, the family’s torchbearers, are passionately committed to nurturing the vineyards and olive groves, ensuring that the family tradition endures. Each product is a reflection of the land, with wines crafted for their unparalleled quality and light elegance—a reminder to savor life’s fleeting moments.
Sustainability
Organic cultivation
Our journey into organic cultivation began with the third generation, spanning 20 hectares of vineyards and 468 certified IGP olive trees. Certified IGP, our olive grove exemplifies excellence, celebrated through bottled production that speaks to the land’s deep heritage. By employing natural methods such as grassing, we respect biodiversity and abstain from synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. This not only safeguards the ecosystem but also elevates the distinct Marche terroir, captured in every bottle.
The result is a true harmony of sustainability and tradition.

where we are
Our territory
“The territory of the Ascoli Piceno wines is clearly distinguished from the rest of the Marche for its peculiar geographical conformation. Wedged between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, it enjoys a unique microclimate, characterized by strong temperature variations and constant ventilation. The soils, predominantly clayey and calcareous, give the wines an unmistakable minerality and aromatic complexity. This combination of natural factors favors the cultivation of native vines such as Pecorino and Passerina, which express their maximum potential here, giving life to wines with great personality and structure.

biological methods
DOC crops
The native varieties grown with organic methods tell the story of a rich territory, always. Rosso Piceno, for example, blends the freshness of Sangiovese with the structure of Montepulciano, giving life to a balanced and full-bodied wine. Combined with whites such as Pecorino and Passerina, Offida DOCG, these wines reflect the versatility of the terroir of the Ascoli Piceno area.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The 472 olive trees are children of our estate. Cared for with organic methods and certified IGP, the olive grove represents not only a commitment to the quality of the product, but also a deep bond with the tradition and knowledge of this land.
